Nuestra gama de sabores, con opciones afrutadas y ex\u00f3ticas, despierta las papilas gustativas y le transporta al coraz\u00f3n de Costa Rica. La base de la mayora de nuestros chocolates es un rico 70% de cacao, que permite saborear la exquisita esencia del chocolate puro de primera calidad.<br>Cada grano de cacao es recogido a mano por lugare\u00f1os entregados que comprenden el verdadero valor de este precioso regalo de la tierra. Durante este proceso, las tabletas deben vibrarse para eliminar las burbujas de aire del chocolate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sierpechocolate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/p1090073-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-84\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-text-dark-bg-color has-text-color\">Las Fermentamos con cuidado, control\u00e1ndolas constantemente, en cajas de madera forradas de hojas de pl\u00e1tano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sierpechocolate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/p1080971.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-86\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizamos un exprimidor comercial para transformar los nibs en una pasta, conocida como licor de cacao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sierpechocolate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/p1090594.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-91\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-text-dark-bg-color has-text-color\">Cada barra se envuelve individualmente a mano en una l\u00e1mina forrada de papel, dise\u00f1ada especialmente para el chocolate, antes de envolver la barra con la etiqueta\/manguito.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sierpechocolate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/dscf0027.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-102\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-text-dark-bg-color has-text-color\">Tras la fermentaci\u00f3n, secamos al sol los granos de cacao durante unos 6 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sierpechocolate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/p1080919.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-97\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un m\u00ednimo de 24 horas en un triturador de piedra &#8222;melanger&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es importante para dar al chocolate una textura suave y a\u00f1ade sabor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sierpechocolate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/p1080947.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-95\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-text-dark-bg-color has-text-color\">Los granos de cacao se tuestan en peque\u00f1os lotes en nuestra tostadora de caf\u00e9\/cacao<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sierpechocolate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/img_20191230_170156.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-100\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-text-dark-bg-color has-text-color\">Templamos en una peque\u00f1a pero eficaz templadora que hace que el proceso sea seguro y fluya sin problemas. El acontecimiento m\u00e1s importante para los chocolateros artesanos de Costa Rica es el Festival del Chocolate, que se celebra en Puerto Viejo en octubre, durante el fin de semana de Halloween.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Somos asiduos y nos enorgullece decir que en el concurso de 2015 para los mejores chocolates producidos por los chocolateros artesanos m\u00e1s dedicados del pa\u00eds, ganamos el PRIMER puesto con nuestro chocolate con leche. Este pasado festival en 2016 ganamos el premio m\u00e1s codiciado siendo el primer lugar en la categor\u00eda de chocolate negro de origen \u00fanico.
